Possible chain stretch

I've been having a bit of trouble lately when changing up towards the bigger rings on my cassette (running SRAM rival 10sp with 105chain and cassette)
What happens is it starts to change up then it slips back to the ring below. Not funny when climbing.
Its been to LBS twice first time retensioned the cables second stripped and re lubed tge casings and chain too, but it still happens. I'm starting to think its chain stretch as the park tool chain wear indicator I have appears to be a bit short as neither the .75 or 1.0 will rest near any links.
    Any possible ideas?
    Thanx

if 12 links of the chain are longer than 12 and 1/8 inches, then the chain is too long and should be replaced. (from sheldon brown)

    chains don't stretch, they wear.

... and to add my two and six, there's no need to change your cassette every time you discover a worn chain (using a chain gauge).
