europsort show games too, I know they had the Sydney game at the weekend. I'm not sure how many games they will be showing, but worth keeping an eye on it.

TG4 I'm assuming will have the highlights again alright.

TG4 showed the AFL Highlight Hour on Thursday nights at 00.05, which was repeated Saturday morning at 11.35. As far as I can see from their listings, they aren't doing this any more.

Eurosport 2 will show the AFL Highlight Hour on Monday night at 23.00, and also will show two games on a Tuesday night from 22.00.

ESPN offer to show 4 games per week live.

Alternatively, you can subscribe to the following for all the coverage: http://www.afl.livesport.tv/

think I might get that, been looking at it for a while. I'm sick of ESPNs coverage, poor game choices and missing big games like prelim finals. Think they only show 3 games a week, and that dwindled to 2 last year, and then one for all the finals series.

With the AFL subs, you get every game (so no more missed weagles games) and lots of highlights and interviews etc. And the annual subscription is the same as 3 months of sky/ESPN. During the summer, there is damn all on either of them that is worth keeping for other than AFL.

Just signed up for the afl.livesport there now. Will see how it goes for the season sure. Will be handy to get highlights of all the games, and watch full replays of games I actually want to see. Have another month of ESPN anyway. Think its worth it though. Any premiership games etc are easy to find on the net too.

With this, on livefootyonline for the soccer, there is no reason to pay for sports channels. With streaming channel subscriptions getting better I don't think digital tv will be able to compete.

definitley, and especially these days when its so much easier to connect initernet streaming to TVs. All I need now is for game pass for the NFL to come down a bit in price and I'd be set.

hmmm. I can get this working on my work computer now too. That might be a bad thing. well, bad for my employer, good for me. Marty had a nice passage there, took the ball well and kicked a nice ball into Cloke. Cloke isnt kicking well though, just missed another set shot. Feck it, have to turn it off or I wont do any work.

The alternative to getting caught watching it is using the 'Match Stats' on:

    http://www.fanfooty.com.au/

Once you get used to the symbols, it is a great little thing to have minimised on the desk top and follow the game.

Last season I watched a good few games that were being streamed on Veetle or JustinTV. Just look around the time of a game and see if anyone is broadcasting. Can be frustrating though as they can get shut down midway through a game.

So much better now that ESPN is part of the Sky Sports package.
