    Boned and rolled.
An idea could be when it's boned, spread stuffing and bacon bits on it, roll it up and roast it along with some spuds and veggies, serve slices with strong gravey. :)

Nice very surprised how much meat he got. Usually I just take the legs and freeze them and when I have a dozen or 2, I make spicy "chicken " :o wings for the kids LOL can't tell the difference ;)

farmed rabbit for sure. new zeland white or flemish giant is what they usually use, they are bigger than small dogs. similar thing to the broiler chicken.

Way too small for Flemish Giant (big tasteless lumps to be honest) but definitely farmed rabbit.
