    Im a new SKY subscriber (HD Pack) and I am still waiting for my box to be installed, I have set up online and registered for SKY GO on my desktop but all I can view on SKY GO is sky news everything else says I must be a sky subscriber and have HD or Sports/movies pac. Is this because my box isnt installed or am I having some other problem.

    If this is not the right feel free to move :)

    Surely your subscription isn't active until the box is installed...?

    I'd wait til the box is installed and activated and try again.
    When I got mine, Sky Go didn't work - kept saying the same message as you're getting.
    Got onto support who resolved the issue.
