virus in emails

i have two email accounts, on one i have a virus on an email which i clicked on last night, it told me i had 78 infections on my lappy, click on this for the cure i did not, superantispyware cleared it, it is back again this morning, on my 2nd email acc i have it in two emails, how do i get shut of them compleatly, thanks…

Are the emails stored on you pc?if so delete them,superanti spyware works best if the scan is done in safe mode.
If you know the name of the false security program you got post it or google "how to remove so and so bleeping computer"
