Yes, I've ordered from them without any problems, as have plenty of others here I believe. I got that "phone book" too, massive bloody yoke!

I bought a nice bit of stuff from them recently, they were the cheapest around by a massive margin for the stuff I wanted.
I also got an extra tenner off the bill by signing up on facebook, delivery was very reasonable and quick!
There was even a couple of nice freebies thrown in, happy days!

The Fedex man missed me twice with a "parcel" on Wednesday and Thursday. I phoned and asked them to leave it round the back but they said it had to be signed for. I thought maybe I'd won a bike so I stayed home yesterday to take delivery...

    ...Imagine my disappointment:o.

How long does it take for the package to arrive at your door? If I order now, would I get it by the next weekend?

I think it was 3 or 4 days for delivery.

Thanks, I ordered something this week, but just spotted more bits that I am interested in and would love to get it before the weekend.

I've just checked the tracking details on one of my orders. I placed the order on 29/11, a Tuesday. It arrived in Portlaoise mail centre on 3/12 Saturday, but wasn't delivered to me until 7/12, the following Wednesday. I think I've had other orders a bit quicker though, like gman2k, about 3-4 days.

You need to like the FB page etc to claim your €10 off voucher code, but there is often a problem with inputting the code into the checkout.
Just email them after you place the order with your voucher code and they will deduct it from your bill/ issue a paypal refund for the tenner.

Anyone bought the Rose branded shorts or tights, look like good quality and very very cheap.

I've bought loads of stuff on Rose bikes and have no complaints whatsoever.
Prices are very competitive. Everything's packaged very well too.
I have to agree with Paul, the parts are shipped quite quickly and arrive in Ireland (Portlaoise). It's only then the delay happens. I generally have to wait about 8 or 9 days to recieve the stuff, (6-7 working days).
One good option is that if you're ordering a lot of items you can specify to ship partially. That way they will ship you what is in stock now and follow up with the rest as they arrive, at no extra cost. I bought €950 worth of stuff and it only cost me €6 shipping.
No reports on their clothing though, sorry.

Bought some tyres, tubes, drinks and gels off them recently. There was some problem with their systems which meant that I didn't get an e-mail confirmation when the order was placed but everything was processed and delivered quickly.

I think Rose are great. I got a short-sleeved jersey and knee warmers and really like them and thought they were great value. I haven't tried the shorts but I'm planning to next time I need a pair, based on my experience so far.

Rose are good for other stuff too, chains and tyres seem particularly cheap. I do wish shipping was free as it negates the savings for smaller orders - and then I find myself ordering lots of extra items to justify the postage!

I go the Rose phone book too. I bought about ten things and delivery took a week. The catalogue is great for an auld browse.
