    That looks like an industrial scale device, I've no idea where you'd find one just like that.

    I have seen bowl coring systems such as the one from Kel McNaughton, see http://www.toolpost.co.uk/pages/Turning_Tools/Kelton/kelton.html, but they look a bit more "manual" than that one. I remember speaking to someone demoing one at a woodworking show in the UK once and he said it took some practice to get it right.
