Hi all, just wondering, nowadays with 100% mortgages a thing of the past, what kind of deposit does one need to have saved for a house?

depending on the bank, some allow 8% deposit, some 10%, some 15% & some 20%. You'll also need to show you have the funds to cover stamp duty, legal fees & have something left over...
