Hey, I bought an iphone 3gs at xmass and I have one year warranty on it. The other day when I was trying to take the sim out, I found out that the button that you press wasn't working. I was wondering if anyone could give me the telephone number that I could ring? I heard that they send a courrier out to you to collect it? Thanks.

Are you sure it's not working? You have to press down pretty hard.

Did you buy it from Apple? If not, it might be quicker to bring it back to where you bought it.

No I bought it from O2. They said that they couldn't do anything and that I should contact apple.

The Sale of Goods Act would beg to differ. Anyway, going through Apple will probably be less hassle.

Be sure to go back to O2 to get a new SIM. Apple more than likely won't return the one in the phone, they generally don't return additional items sent with it.
