I recently bought a HP wireless printer and set it up and its working fine on 2 of the 3 laptops in the house apart from one which is a notebook. When I try and print a document on microsoft word or from the internet on the notebook it wont allow me? I tried printing off a photo from my documents and that printed no problem but it wont print a document from word or from the internet

It works great for me. Word 2010 and all. 2 sided manual print jobs. etc. - I have the 5510

Only thing I've heard about wireless printing about any issues with them is it helps to configure them for a static IP - not likely to be related to your problem, but what the hell have at it.

Just to start with the obvious but in word are you sure the correct printer is being chosen? If printing from My documents works it sounds like the printers installed and configured ok!

What photo viewer are you using to print the photo out of interest, is it Windows or another program? Does any message appear when you try to print, anything go in the queue? You can see if anything is queued by looking for the printer icon in the system tray (bottom right beside the clock)
