My 3rd time watching it too. Having only started watching F1 in 1996, I feel robbed having missed out on watching Senna race.

I was too young too sit through a grand prix then or even understand what they meant it was just hours of boredom on a sunday for me then....I used to call them grand pricks:D

oddly though Sennas death, u2 being arrested in america for spray painting a waterfall/public monument or something like that and that dire straits song walk of life are among my very few vividish memories from early childhood

when I watched the film for the first time .... I remembered the crash footage clearly...helicopter and all etc due to seeing it as a young un on the six o'clock news.....it obviously had some sort of long lasting effect on me even at that age

Yeah I think most people remember those iconic images of the helicopter leaving the circuit and the announcement that he had passed.

The fact that even after watching the documentary a few times and you still have the same jaw dropping silent reaction at the end of the film is certainly testament to the great job that was done in making that film.

Just caught the end of it from just before the accident. Is it available on DVD yet?
