    Does anyone know how i can display a histogram while im taking pics?? Got the camera acouple of days ago and cant work it out!!

    hmm found it in live view, but wanted it on the back screen while i look through the eyepiece, its better than nothing though. anyone else with the same camera around?!

    You wont get it in the viewfinder, there is one as you say in live view

    yeh, i was hoping i could see it on the back screen and keep the viewfinder as normal, but when you use the live view it switches off the viewfinder!

    It has to. How else can the camera compute a full histogram without exposing the sensor and locking up the mirror?

    There is a light meter at the bottom of your viewfinder, this should be adequate for your needs.
