Most new laptops an smartphones will do the job. It will be more about your broadband and mobile service provider for the Internet that will impact the quality of the service you receive. Also depends on if u use a web key or a wifi connection via a modem. Modem will be generally faster. Big thing with the Internet is contention ratio. The lower the better I have UPC which are pretty quality, eircoms new one will be good too. Re new laptops, when you buy a new one some are plastered with unnecessary start up programs which slow down processing speeds. What I mean by that is, your laptop starts up and you get all this ****e in the back ground loading up which delays you actually getting to move around the screen to use the laptop. It preloads programs in case you click on the program icon so it will be quicker to load. Sony laptops are renowned for it..applications like media apps and photo apps loading as start up programs. Googling removing start up programs will improve speeds too of you manually remove them.

Anyway I'm getting carried away here..iPads and those kind of tablets will have th best graphics

I have a laptop and an iphone. But I watch racing on my tv. Or else go to them!
