    Name: Mt Sion 5m road race
    Location: Mt Sion GAA Centre, Tycor, Waterford City
    Date & Time: Reg from 9:30am, Race starts @ 11am 08/03/2012
    Cost: €10 adults & €5 junior
    Prizes: Men 1st, 2nd & 3rd. Cat: M40,M45,M50,M55,M60 & JM
    Female 1st, 2nd & 3rd. Cat: F35,F40,F45,F50,F55 & JF

    More to the point, according to your post, the race was due to happen 2 weeks ago. And the link doesn't work...

    Good to see this back again,

    Done this a good few years ago, have to say its a tough one, Not sure what year but as far as i can remember Alan O Shea took the win from Robbie Wade with Raivis Zakis in 3rd. Was pre 2007 but couldnt find results
    1st few k were good a part from a head wind on Clayboy rd, but that's a fair hill about 4k and the last k i think i nearly died.

    Sub 25 on that course is some going.

    Dont think i will get there this time around but i will put the word out.
