    Clouds just cleared! Yes its visible, mars has little to no effect on it. Its brighter than the galactic core. I have the light bucket suctioning it now. Hopefully have an image soon.

    Here is a quick thrown together image of m95. The super nova is clearly visible. Apologies for the crap quality, will try and upload a processed one if I get time tomorrow.

    Here is the image cleared up a bit. Not great for 40x25 second stack. Being 4 feet from a street lamp doesnt help though. Ill try and image again next week to see if the nova changes much.

    Must drag the 12" dob out and see if I can spot it. Ill report back if I manage to glimpse it. :)
