As an opening to the Experience Japan festival held on the 1st of April Farmleigh House, there will be an opening screening of the European premiere "Tsuchioto" by Yui Okubo and of "Lives after the Tsunami" by Shuichi Morimoto.

Both visit the Tsunami-affected regions in the days after the disaster meeting with individuals and groups trying to reconcile and cope in the aftermath.

Screening is on the 29th of March at 6.45pm in the Lighthouse Cinema, Smithfield.
Costs €7.50 at www.lighthousecinema.ie.
