MBox 1 Lost Authorization Code

Hi there, I have just re-installed my Mbox 1 on an old PC with new drive. The computer is running well, ProTools LE installed, BUT it's asking me for an authorization code which is supposed to be in the "Getting Started" manual, but it's not there. Can anyone shed any light on where to find it? how to get it? I tried…

Hi there,
I have just re-installed my Mbox 1 on an old PC with new drive. Can anyone shed any light on where to find it? how to get it? I tried calling Avid Audio in the UK and US, but no answer at all. I went on to the website and it seems I have to buy a code in order for them to deal with my query!!! Anyway, if there are any people out there with advice I'd be greatful. It's a shame to have the Mbox go to total waste!
