my friend done her WHV visa online about 30 mins ago and now she seen that she mixed up 2 of her numbers of her passport can she change it or what happens

Your visa is linked to your passport number, so officially it is linked to the wrong passport number.
Passports get lost/stolen/damaged all the time, so they have systems in place to link it to the new number (or in your friends case, the correct one) but only they can do it.
