2012 Calendar.

    Hey,

    I'm fairly new to the Motorsport thread so I don't know if this has been done already but I'm planning on doing up a Google calendar for all major 2012 Motorsport events. So far I only have the F1 dates done but I intend doing as many events as possible over the coming weeks. If anybody here is interested in being able to view the calender then let me know, all you need is a Gmail account. If it's a thing that some of the more regular posters on here are interested I'll give them the ability to add/ edit events. If you want to be able to view it send me an e-mail from your Gmail account to motorsportcalendar2012@gmail.com and I'll give the relevant permissions. Like I said I've only started this so don't expect anything great. I'm also open to suggestions on what events to add. Next will be the WRC events.

    I can actually make the calender public which means you don't need a Gmail account to see it. It doesn't look as good and i don't think you can link it with your phone calendar but it's at this link if you want to take a look. So far I have F1, WRC, DTM, Le Mans 24HR and BTCC.

    What about different colours for each kind of racing?

    Like blue for F1 red for rally green for Btcc and so on?

    I'm no expert on Google Calendar but I'm not sure if that can be done. On my original calendar I have each event showing a different colour but when i view it on someone else's calendar or the public calendar the colours are all the same. I think the only way to do it would be to do up separate calenders for each event and make them all available.
