Oh.... I should also say that Jeff Pinkner and J.H. Wyman have said that we will find out for sure whether Peter is in the right universe or not in this very episode. Interestingly they've said it's something we've known the whole time - which doesn't really answer the question fully; in fact, in my mind it makes it much more complex. I feel that Peter is in the right universe but this is the effect of him being written out, but only because of the relationship he has formed with Olivia(2) and Olivia(1)'s memories 'bleeding' in. But, my mind is telling me that he needs to get back to the real universe and this is a parallel set of parallel universes!

Annoying, but glad we'll get getting closure on Friday, albeit I guarantee it will be the final reveal in the last 10 seconds of the episode  :P

I guarantee it will be the final reveal in the last 10 seconds of the episode  :P

And will also throw up about 50 more questions about other things.

    There's enough questions already!! :pac:

I'm just glad it's finally back. I watched S1-3 over the course of a few weeks and have been finding the series in S4 breaks especially painful.

Awww, nice to have a happy ending...surprised they wrapped that thread up so quick. There go my theories about Olivia. Poor Lincoln.

so maybe peter doesn't really have a home universe or timeline, whichever one he's is the right one, still not good still a war to finish

I haven't seem it yet, wat happened? Is Peter in the correct universe?

figured he was there, it made sense.
it's nice to have a happy ending after that long wait, and to have silly peter finally told explicitly "you ARE in the right universe ya eejit"

the episode about the case was a bit "das parfum", wasn't it?

It was also great to finally get an explanation to the spheres that were first seen in Season One (I believe?)

While it was nice to have Fringe back and the universe stuff explained, it wasn't in itself a great episode (or even a very good one). It was just ok for me.

I'm also kind of wondering where we go from here now?

i really wish the observer just said to him, (are your ****ing retarded i more or less told ya in my mind that you were in your universe, i dont know how but this is your universe:D)

good episode and i was happy to see olivia felt so right about her feelings for peter she was just gonna let it happen,

it should be interesting what they have in store for the remainder of the season now that peter and olivia are back in love, hoping to see jones back next week starting something,

    Decent enough return.

Of course, in those days, beaver meant something different. :pac:

fairly bad alright, what do they expect taking 4 week breaks for no reason, 24 was their highest rated show when it aired caused it was aired in one block, they ran off 24 episodes in about 20-21 weeks, you cant be taking breaks and not expect a fall off,

    ridiculus

Enjoyed the ep. At the end in the back of my mind was they were going to have Lincoln waiting for her.

Glad I was completely wrong about the verse's.

Awful downer about the ratings :(

    PS. Next weeks look class

Ratings aren't surprising. After a break this long I usually miss the first episode, I'm sure most are the same.

Which observer flashed Peter? Didn't seem to be September.

No, I'm pretty sure it was September.

Aren't they blaming basketball for the large drop, and for other programmes as well as Fringe?

A shame about the ratings, but hopefully they'll improve now we've a clear run.
