Quality wines at Lidl

    Just a heads up that Lidl have some wines in at the moment that may interest those who avoid their own brands:

    Chateau Lilian Ladouys 2006, St. Estephe Cru Bourgeois Superior, €18.
    Chateau La Tour du Pin Figeac 2007, St Emilion Grand Cru Classe, €23.
    Le Cloitre du Chateau Prieure-Lichine 2007 (2nd wine of 4th Growth Classified Chateau Prieure-Lichine), Margaux, €20.

    No Lafites, granted, but rather 'better' than what you'll find on most supermarket shelves TBH.

    Also a Robert Parker 90 pointer Rioja coming next week for €13.

    I was tempted by the latour figeac and might have to give it a shot this time around
