Hey guys I'm heading to Virginia in Cavan this weekend and I was wondering if anyone could suggest a 50-60k scenic spin. I'll be going with the OH so nothing too hilly but I don't want anything to flat either ;)

    Thanks

Go south or east into Meath and Westmeath to avoid hills. If you go north or west you are into drumlin country and there is nothing but hills, unless you stick to the main Cavan road which is a very busy road.

From Virginia to Castlepollard via Oldcastle and back would give you the distance. But you need to check out maps and pick a route that avoids the hills. Lots of pretty ruins and a few nice lakes on this route.

Kells via Mullagh, Moynalty and back would also be about the distance and it is gently rolling country. Lots of nice ruins but only one lake.
