Felt Z85 v Trek 2.1

In the market for a new bike, I've narrowed it down to the Felt Z85 or Trek 2.1, which fit my budget.
Any thoughts on either? I have a Trek 1.5 which I'm very happy with so the 2.1 would be a known quantity. However I do fancy trying something new and the Felt gets good reviews.
I'm not looking for something out and out racy. Long sportives are the most ambitious I'll get, I've no interested in racing.
I've tried the Felt and like it a lot. Any compelling reason to look elsewhere in the same price range?

I had a Felt Z85 (was able to replace it with the Z75 after a car hit me, exact same frame, just full 105) and found it excellent for my needs, no racing, just some commuting and casual fitness spins at weekends etc.

If this is all you want to do, whats wrong with your Trek 1.5 though ? I'm not sure either would be enough of an upgrade to warrant the cost.

What I mean is that there's not a huge difference between the 2.5/Z85 and your current 1.5
All are alu frames (I think ?) with functional groupsets and any improvement might be barely noticeable. Then again, its no harm to have two bikes :D

By all means go ahead and get a new bike, the Felt in particular is a super frame (IMO) and worthy or upgrading part by part as bits wear out.
