I stumbled across this recently and i'm intrigued by the idea. I'm wondering if anyone in ireland has done it successfully and how difficult it would be with regards regulations certification and most importantly finance! Brainstorm Boardies!

I've seen it done with classrooms, it doesn't work. It won't work with housing either, each component needs too much work to be economically viable, imo.
