Statue in Cork or Kerry

    Hi, dont know if I am posting on the right section but i need your help.
    I am sure there is a statue of a man in Cork or Kerry, pointing at the sea. I think he is wearing a blue pant and a red jacket. Can you tell where is it and whats the name of it? I asked a lot of people and they never heard of it!
