I am a part time student in the Institute of Public Administration completing a Masters in Public Management. As part of my Master’s degree, I am undertaking a dissertation on the use of Social Media by the Department of Social Protection in its service delivery methods. The aim of the dissertation is to see if providing service delivery through social media channels is a viable service delivery tool for the Department of Social Protection.
This is a 5 - 7 minute survey, in which the questions are mainly multiple choice and simple rating questions. I would really appreciate it if you would please take the time to answer these questions. Please feel free to forward the link to friends, family and colleagues whom you feel may also be interested in providing valuable information to aid this research.
Please note all information you provide is anonymous and will only be used for the purpose of the dissertation research. This survey is in no way affiliated with the Department of Social Protection.
Thanking you in advance for taking time to fill in this survey and it is very much appreciated.

An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
