Carraig Donn definitely sell it. I think Shaws in the Crescent also sell it.
Brown Thomas used to - they could still do, I'm not too sure.

Allens on William Street sell Newbridge but not sure if they do jewellery.

I would say Carraig Donn on O'Connell Street is your best bet.
