If you looking for some quick cash. I would look at Apple in the next few minutes or so. There is going to be a conference on Apple dividends by Tim Cook.

I'm not saying it will go up to 600 a share on NASDAC. It's highly likely it will rise over a few days.

    Just my two cents.

Already made 5000 of apple since January. thought I might share the news to you all. ;)

We don't know what the announcement will be. Shares may go up or down.

I think it is rather obvious that you have an interest in manipulating the share price.

    No no not at all.

If I wanted to do that I would go to a much larger forum and do it there. I would need to influence a large sum of people to move an apple share on NASDAC considerably.

It was simply a bit of news I got this morning on a few tech sources, thought I would share it since this forum has helped me so much. Seriously I wouldn't benefit much from this if even what you said was true. Each to their own.

    Take it or leave it.

Yes we do. They will start paying a dividend of $2.56 a quarter from July (1.8% yield) and they are also going to buyback $10 billion dollars of their shares.

You think one poster on a forum can manipulate a stock like AAPL?

Made of packet off Apple lately myself, in between owning the shares and trading them using CFDs and spreadbetting (nice as it's tax free too). They are still cheap based on their current earning and earnings estimates, which are set to explode later this year with Apple TV and the China mobile contract.

Don't be fooled by their actual share price (which has been split 3 times before already). It could easily hit $1000 by the end of this year. They could be a due small pullback soon though so trade with caution and buy on the dips, although there hasn't been many of them recently.

Strong rumors of a new Iphone going to be released at the end of Q2, seriously considering a hefty investment as i cant see price dropping in the next 12 months at least.

Rough couple of days but still only down a few dollars and I'm still coining it with a mixture of long and short trades. 628 now with a recent all-time high of around 644 clocked on Monday. There could be a big spike if Google earnings come in ahead of analyst estimates tomorrow evening, watch this space!
