Recommend a saddle

    I have a boardman carbon for the last year but saddle has got very uncomfortable

    Can anyone recommend a decent one - will be used for racing ,spins and commuting

    Try your Lbs, they usually have test saddles so you can try before you buy.

    Saddles are a very personal thing.

    Start by getting shorts with the best pad you can.
    Perineum channel is preferred by most. Then preferences vary for flat or curved,
    hard or cushioned. The width of the widest part of the saddle is very important too.
