CoD PS3 players better?

Heya! another little rant here lol, i've been watching LOADs of gameplay video's online, and i swear all these top players have it easy, every game they go in is full of level 10's and stuff, even if the level 10 see's him first he's just spraying bullets all over the place and can't hit him, the person doing the commentary never looks behind him, can sit somewhere for a while and noone EVER comes from the side etc (for example on Nuketown in blackops), they run through the middle of the map, they stand in between the busses throwing grandes over it and noone shoots them from the sides, like happens to me every single time i try it.

a series of games 1 after the other where there's players on their 4th prestige running around going 4-40 in KD's on the Xbox.

I was just playing a few matches there on Black Ops against a team of 1-8 prestiges and i swear they must have been the best players in the world, getting insta kills on me from across the map, everytime i spawned and started running, i was being shot from the sides etc, there was even a level 15 no prestige with 23-6 ... i was in a gunfight with him with my AK and he had MP5k and he long range killed me before i had a chance to shoot.

Now im not a bad player at all, last week i had a 26-0 killstreak vs a team now lower then 8th prestige.

Just seems in general the quality of the players on PS3 nowadays compared to xbox seems to be rediculously high. Anyone else notice this?

Watch any of XJawz videos (like 91-2) and stuff, he's running at a guy and the guy saw him first, and the guy doesn't even fire a shot, xjawz seems to have all the time in the world to start firing, i literally barely get my scope up on a low level player and im dead from headshots even if i get the drop on him.

Yeah its actually a proven fact that xbox players (particularly those who post on boards.ie) are in considerably inferior to Ps3 players.

Like look at the start of this match, he's standing in the main Traffic area of the Array map on blackops, at one point he's standing up fully, there's a guy lookin at him from down the map and doesn't both shootin him at all...

and this just takes the biscuit... he's in the house about 30 seconds in, 5 players outside the house and not one of them looks in where he is

In fairness tho... i don't think one is easier over the other, i never noticed any serious increase in randomers skill at least.

You do realise prestige means jack shit on any platform?

The only certain thing is means is that the player has had a lot of time to play the game and progress through the ranks.

Even stats mean little out of context. You see someone with a 2+ K/D and think you're gonna have a bit of a challenge on your hands in this lobby (which is always welcome). Then you notice he has a 0.7 W/L - cares about his score, not about the team's/winning

Also, you tend not to get many players setting up multiple accounts on Xbox, unlike PS3 so the majority you play against are some level of prestige (except around Christmas )

I think the crux of most CoD youtube videos (regardless of platform) is that it's peoples BEST games and more often than not peoples best games come against the WORST players. They're obviously not going to put up videos of them going 20-14 or whatever because most people won't want to see that.

I was joking, i've not played with you since blops(Maybe once)... **** i've barely played MW3 since december !

Im guessing once ya get a nack for moabs (Not rushing and soundwhoring like fook) then they come pretty handy ! Like that Orb guy, getting 101 MOABs in a day !

heres the way i look at it, xbox and ps3 are the same thing only difference is the controller, PC is easier if you master it.

Console wars are stupid. It's not like you have to pass a skills test be allowed play on any of them. I think the PS3 has less try hards in my experience anyway

Well factoring in my time with you on MW3 and that alone, you only got a single MOAB. Obviously talking about PS3, same amount as MOAB's as me as we both know. But I've never claimed to be a MOAB type player, I distance myself from that. Helps when others in you're team are running support streaks too. I was unfortunate for my MOAB nobody was willing to do the same for me and oddly enough, have people change to assault anytime I said I was going for one the dozen or so times I said I was going one before getting distracted..... by the objective.

Don't be blaming Macready too. From my time with him, he plays for a win. If he's anything like me, he'd be laughing his hole off upon realising he had ruined it. If only he knew how truly pissed off you were
