i have 10 acres of spruce that was never thinned.(as gound is boggy we were worried about storm damage after thinin so decided against it)
im thinkin of selling it this summer..
    my question is
    1:whats it worth?
2:whats the best way to even go about this?
3:whats it gonna cost to replant?
4:would i be mad to consider doing the job myself?

any answers would be grateful ..if theres a similar question please redirect me.

Certainly don't attempt to thin it if it's on wet ground and hasn't had a thinning by age 25 - t'will blow down around yer ears!

    Best bet?

Depending on it's yield class/stability let it grow to about age 30 or 35 and clearfell it.

You'll loose a lot of value if you sell it now.
