pilates with eye injury

Corneal abrasion sustained yesterday(Fri) Patch coming off tomorrow (Sun) to start antibiotics etc. Next pilates class in on Tues. Are there any exercises that I should avoid?I don't know if anything with any(eye) pressure would be bad for me eg elephant/arabesque? Thanks.
