Creative Multimedia Student Looking For New Laptop

Budget: €500-600, more if need be, preferably free.

Intended use: I am doing creative multimedia so I need a fairly decent machine, rendering video and animation, and running powerful applications like after effects. I also do a lot of graphic design work, also any bells and whistles that can aid me in my work, I'd also like a decently sized hard drive on the machine as well. I'd also like a good sound card ad graphics card

Mobility: I'm not too pushed about size and weight

Warranty: I'd like a half decent warranty but it is far from a deal breaker

What Operating System do you use? I want a windows 7 machine, I don't like apple products.

I would be very grateful for any help you can give me, I looked around a bit but it can be difficult to figure out what would be value for money and what would be a pain in a years time.

I had this ASUS posted in another thread earlier.

Slightly beyond your budget but CPU power and memory in abundance and if you're using Adobe Premiere, it will greatly benefit from the NVIDIA card with CUDA.

Within your budget you'll find similarly specced Core i5 laptops but with video processing you simply can't have enough raw CPU power.

Yea, I wouldn't hang about if ordering this, it's being awhile since they had top spec Asus at that price. She'll have wings this one.

Only two that will compete with it is this one, german site so one would expect german keyboard layout but pic 4 shows it's a normal qwerty.

Since Intel had delayed the new Ivy Bridge generation, you'll find some sweet 2 Gen Core i7 deals < €700 if you shop around.
