If you are talking about google chrome it works with,
Proxy: tcdproxy.tcd.ie
Port: 8080
Make sure all the other options are unticked.
It you are using a wired connect in residence you have to turn the proxy off to sign-in and then turn it back on after the count down thing reaches zero.
