Track ID Needed of Irish Dance Track from the 90s with flute

Can anyone remember an Irish Dance track from the late 90s with a flute as the main melody?

I'm pretty sure it had rally footage in the music video.

It was in the Dance Chart also, there wasn't any real synths in it iirc, just a flute over some 909 drums.

I think a banjo sample came in after the flute.

The tempo would have been between 130-140 bpm, it wasn't as fast your average trance or techno track.

It's wrecking my head!

Its a shame that chart died a huge death, nothing like it exists anymore.

Turns out it was actually a Danish tune that hit big in Ireland, gas!
