No. Payments due for Monday can be collected today, Friday, because they will be closed Monday too.

I wasn't able to collect payment this week due to illness. What happens to this payment?

The main person in my sw office is notoriously unhelpful and shouts at people in front of the entire office so i need to find out where I stand before going into the office on tuesday.

what day were you meant to collect it on? Payments normally stay on the system in the post office for a few days....with bank holiday you might get few days grace on that.

I was supposed to collect it thursday but have collected it later in the week before.

I tried to collect it once before the following monday and it had expired and had this lad shouting at me in the office that i didnt deserve it that week as i should have been looking for work instead of in the hospital with a terminally ill relative.

If your payment for last week is not still in the Post Office you will need to go to the SW office and explain that you were ill and unable to collect. A doctors cert to back it up is good, if possible, but if you have not missed payment before, they will, most likely, accept your explanation.

If the staff at the Post Office raise their voices to you, reprimand you or embarass you in any way, you should report them. This can be done by email, fax or freepost as outlined here http://www.anpost.ie/anpost/maincontent/customer+service/customer+charter/feedback+and+complaints/

Its the head man in the SW office that is shouting/making little of the customers.

Its only a small office, its just him and 3 young good looking girls that he hired to come and work with him so he is probably showing he is the man of the house in front of them.
