According to the Clare People, it's starting at 2pm.
"Starting: 2pm, Bóthar Sioda. The parade will assemble along Bóthar Sioda from 1.00pm. All buses and floats participating in the parade are asked to enter via St Caimin's School. The route will be along Slí na Mara, past Wolfe Tones GAA Club proceeding past the Fire Station and turning right along Bothar na Rinne before the final stretch to the car park at SkyCourt. The parade will be led by this year's Grand Marshall who will be a representative of the Shannon Town Twinning Association."
