Is nobody else sick to the teeth with this guy getting off with a few overtime pay cheques?

What would happen to me if I drank 4-5 pints and drove?

You'd probably get a 2 year ban from driving. What's your point?

Well the same would happen to you as the other person was not seriously injured all the Garda could be charged with was Drink driving and dangerous driving, the usual tarrif for a person convicted of both those offences with no previous would be a driving ban according to the level of alcohol and a fine standard is between 250 and 750 depending in district.

Or are you saying because the person is a member of AGS he should get more than you or me.
