Medical Card Delay/Problem

I applied for a Medical card in Nov when I lost my job. I got a new (part-time) job in January and sent off details of my income as I should still be entitled to the card. I still have not received my card. The problem is that I have now also moved and I am reluctant to notify this in case this delays my application again…
