If you ever forget your pin code this is the quickest way to reset it and unlock all parental controls : Hit the 'I Forget' button, and you will get instructions to contact customer care and you will be given a number - simply enter that number here:

http://wii.marcansoft.com/parental.wsgi
and you will get a reset pincode.
I was so pleased with it, so apoligies if its already been posted. I bought a second hand wii and the previous owners had a pincode in place.
