Linux+ Training

I'm looking at the CompTIA® Linux+ eLearning as a way to further my knowledge of *nix for work purposes.

Anyone have experience of the course, either eLearning or classroom based?
I prefer the idea of a distro neutral course so this seems to suit. I work with Linux every day, but I only know what I need to as I came to this job from a Windows background.

    Pointers, tips all welcome!

    Thanks.
