I'm finding lately that Chrome, internet explorer and firefox stop loading pages fully after I browse a few sites. I clear the caches and close the browsers then reload and same thing happens again.

    I'm using windows 7 64bit.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks!

    check for malware

how do you connect to internet , cable , wireless , 3G

might do no harm to reboot the router if it hasn't been turned off in a good while

    Thanks Cap.

I'm going to do everything you said before I give an update.

I am connecting via wi fi. iphone isn't having the same problem.

Router and modem haven't been turned off in a while, but they have been reset recently (within the last 7 days). Will turn both off and update.

I have full AVG on the computer, so I'm going to run that and a MS propriety software and give an update on this as well in terms of what a scan finds.

if it's only a recent problem then check what changes have been made

don't forget system restore can save a lot of brain work

on the off chance it's a dying harddrive you can use hdtune free version to check the drive (must look for a windows app that will run smart tests sometime)

Don't a malware scan using windows software as well as a full system scan using AVG (full).

2 threats were found with windows. One was removed and the other was partially removed.
At the moment, I'm not having any real problems.

Time will tell whether it is fixed or not.
