problem with tv

Hi didn't know where to post so if not right will a mod please move to the correct forum please.

I have a 19in Bush tv which is a dvd combi. Worked perfectly until about a week ago when I was watching a movie and it froze so I powered off the tv because nothing was working. Anyway I restarted the tv and now I have no colour on the dvd or the remote won't work.

Just to be clear colour and remote work perfect when just looking a tv stations but when i change over to dvd it goes to black and white and the remote stops functioning.

If anyone has any suggestions I would be very grateful, thanks

What's the model number of the unit ?

I cant find the correct link for it, bought it in argos last november and cant get the model number off the tv because it is mounted to the wall and the label is under the wall mount unfortunately.

The best i can offer is it is like the one in the link below, all the info is the same to the best of my knowledge, only difference i can tell is physical, my tv has a curved edge on the bottom of the tv instead of the straight edge on the one in the link.

Any help would be much appreciated
