Web Check in -Aer Lingus Help Needed

Hi,Im flying Dublin -New York tomorrow and I cant use the online check in service.Its asking me for the Family name,Booking Number and City i'm flying from>once I enter the details it tells me "Web check in is not available for your booking.Please check in at the airport."
What am I doing wrong,my mte has booked the same flights and he was able to check in today.

you can check-in upto X hours before the flight ...if you have less than X hours before your flights you cant check-in.

Yeah it says between 30 hours to 2 hours but Im in that time frame but it wont let me do it.
What are my options?

Have tried different browser and didnt work.I will have to ring customer care in the morning was closed when I realised I had a problem today.

Double check when inputting the digits in your 6 gigit PNR.... i's/l's look like 1 and visa versa O and 0...Have you also got your Esta clearence?

Double checked everything ,still not working.I have the ESTA clearence and API done as well.

I would not be overly concerned...with the various requirements of US Customs and Border Protection something small may be blocking your web check in...It will get sorted at check in just give yourself a bit of extra time to sort out. Web check in does not work for everybody everytime!!

Ok cheers for that.I can get into my booking by using the ref code and got another booking confirmation just to double check I wasn't doing something stupid wrong.

Flight is at 3.45 what time do ye recommend I be there at?

Have tried customer care,can't get anyone to answer the phone ,the call eventually goes dead .
I guess I'm just gonna have to hope I ok checking in at d airport.

it is still does not work! why they do not fix it is 1 months??!?!?
for me it is dublin - prague. the flight tomorrow morning so I am in the range 30-2 hours...

It's very quick and easy to check in at the airport (self-service machines and desks). There is no extra charge for this.

Was trying to check in just now with Chrome browser without success.
Finally figured out problem was a blocked pop-up, so watch out for that if you're having trouble.
