question about taken car

    Hello,
    basicly i got a car taken off me for having no nct and no tax, it got taken off me on the same day when i took it off mechanic(paid 800 euro for fix).
    Now i have no money to pay the 125 euro, + other expenses that i have to pay to get it back, what do i have to do now ?

    You go to your local Garda station with your New tax disc back tax paid as well, a text or a letter from NCT test center to say you have the NCT test booked, they will give you a letter to go to the towing company where you pay the towing plus other charges they need to be paid, only after this will your vehicle be returned to you.

    If you dont get your car taxed the only other option is to have the vehicle removed on the back of a trailer from the towing company, same rule applies as above garda station release form and then pay the towing company there fee's, only after this will your vehicle be returned to you.
