Best Place to buy Prints?

Just wondering if anyone can suggest good places (either in Dublin or online) to buy prints that I can get framed and hang in my all too bare apartment?!

I like abstract photographs, Irish landscape shots like these in the 'Dereliction' album or Landscapes:

I don't want to spend a fortune, but really want to avoid some tacky print would like something interesting or unique.

Are there good photography websites? Modestly priced galleries? Do boards photographers sell their photos?!

Many of the good people on here would be happy to sell you printed copies of their photos. Have a look through my collection on pix.ie (link below) and I'd be happy to sell you a print of anything you see there.

easiest thing I could suggest is browse through flickr/pix and if you find something you like.... ask the photographer for a print or ask how much a print will cost

What about http://www.michaelgannonphotography.com/ if you like em? :P

Seriously though, many would be delighted to sell you a print. (even me!) It'd brighten up a photographer's day no end if it was the first time they'd been asked!

i usually order my photos from foto.com they are fairly cheap but take about two weeks to deliver.

they can do fairly large photos as well. you could get the photo ordered onlne and get it framed at home. I know that there is a guy on the site here that does framing cant remember his name but someone might know. i think hes based in dubin.

As mentioned ask people on here or on flickr or pix and you could get them to do the print and framing and to give you a final price with everything included.

Might as well show u a link to my gallery as well

There is also the Print Auction which is being run with the Danny O'Brien Photowalk. There should be quite a variety of work on sale there and proceeds go to a good cause.

We have some great stuff at the moment and more to come. A real chance to get a quality print and support a great cause. Some of the best photographers in Ireland have kindly donated prints.
