    Hey Folks,

Myself and my luverly girlfriend are looking at holdiay now for this summer (June - September), but we're a bit short of ideas. We want to go for about 9/10 days. We're both 23/24.

Last summer we went to Puerto Del Carmen in a beautiful apartment, was nice but maybe a bit too bastardised if you get me? This year were thinking something a bit classier. Budgetwise, last year we spent about 1k each, which was 10 nights, including apartment, flights and living. This year i think we could spend a tiny bit more for something a bit nicer.

Just wondering does anyone have any ideas? Places that are a bit off the beaten track? Or even a nice town for a relaxing few nights and then a few nights in a city nearby or anything. Like was thinking about Formentera (but think we might be a bit bored). Then was thinking Malta, but she isnt keen.

Sorry i know im all over the place, just trying to get ideas so any help greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

Off the beaten track with a bit of class you say! Well I can certainly recommend Malta, its a great island with much to see and do (and its not Ibiza) if you know what I mean, I would also recommend the Umbria/Tuscany regions of Italy, for a classy off the beaten track holiday . . . .

have you thought about Rome, or barcelona, both lots to do and you can go a bit of the beaten track to visit nearby places. plenty of shopping in rome in particular for blowing the bank. or las vegas, ight not be classy, but its certainly fun!:p

Check out Croatia, no sandy beaches but a beautiful country, lots to see and do. The places I would recommend would be Dubrovnik and Brac (Bol) especially. Hvar is an island worth going to see, party-mad but also very wealthy and lots of cool islands to explore.
