Samsung Galaxy S - Dropping 3G

    Hey guys,

    Hope someone can help. Using my dads old Samsung Galaxy S (on 3) but im having serious problems withthe phone constantly dropping 3G? Anyone else have this? If i messed about with some settings manually, sometimes it comes back for afew mins/hours/days, but always goes again.

    Like there about an hour ago i was on the phone to the technical support, he did the same things i usually do, it came back nd worked and he was like, well thats it fixed. But even though i said to him that always happens, he was like, no theres no reason for it to drop now. But its already gone.

    Any help would be great.

    Is it the area you're in can you try another network ?

    No not the area, area has perfect 3g signal according to technical, and it happens all over Dublin.

    Are you on a stock rom or custom rom ?
