Ive just noticed that on some sites i visit that there are a new kind of external ads on them. Ive only noticed them the last few days. Has anyone else noticed these or is my computer caught some virus or something else ? They are underlined and when i hover over them the ad pops up. I havent clicked on any though .

Are you using Chrome? Heard of this problem before, its due to a dodgy addon/plugin. Try disabling all recent addons and see if it helps, if its another browser also look at the addons. Facebook/Twitter etc "enhancers" or online game addons have been the cause of this in the past. Also let us know one of the sites affected, some websites do employ such a system, not many though

Its probably just a dodgy plugin causing it. I wouldn't be getting too worried :yet: :P

This is called INTELLITEXT and it can easily be disabled by DISABLING 'ACTIVE SCRIPTING'.. (I almost always have scripts disabled)
