Rent Allowance Info?!!

    This may sound a bit crazy but I have been trying unsuccessfully to cancel rent allowance for the past three weeks. I have looked at citizen information website and called them they gave me a phone number that does not get answered, i have phoned my local health office who gave me two numbers that don't get answered. I even asked down in my social welfare office if there was a helpline I could ring and they said it was nothing to do with them. At this stage I have rang six numbers. Any help please?An email address a help number?! I may have correspondence from them somewhere but since i moved I prob threw out a lot of papers. I go the rent allowance by sending an application form to a centralised unit, surely this unit has a number!
